We specialize in providing Notary services that are specific to Illinois. We are trained and commissioned as a Notary within he state of Illinois. All Notary services are bound by Illinois law and must be conducted within the state boundaries of Illinois.

Oath\Affirmation - Swear or Affirm a declaration
Affirmation - Confirmation of prior signature
Witness Signature - Observing the signing of a document
Jurat - Swear or Affirm a document or signature is true

Our Offices
Our Business Model is to offer the most efficient and cost effective means when providing a Will, Trust and Notarization Service. As such, all of the pictures in this website are stock photos, and a physical office location does not exist.
Documents can be created during a virtual meeting or in person. We will come to you when in-person meetings are needed.
Our clients can also use our service to create the Will & Trust in a virtual meeting, while using a local Notarization service. Such a business model allows for client flexibility and convenience at a lower cost.
Our Founder
As a retired Manager, Director and Signing Authority for a Fortune 500 company, our founder has executed hundreds (possibly thousands) of Contracts and Agreements. Over the years, such documents have moved to standard formats and forms, offering uniformity for most situations. After Covid, the negotiation of such agreements moved to a virtual format (saving time and costs).
The business plan of WTN Services has mirrored this remote model, offering a cost effective means of serving clients in a market that is already very structured.
